Across the six projects where we tracked phases, discovery to launch ran 8 to 12 weeks. The fastest production launch on this site was NeverMissACall Pro, a UK AI receptionist, shipped in 7 weeks. TypeCut was built and shipped in 2 months.
What happens after launch?
That depends on what you want. Some clients keep us on to scale the product — Mavera went from MVP to a native iOS app and a desktop app with us. Others take it in house: AI Local Expert's core platform was built in 5 months and then scaled by the client's own team. We write the handover either way.
Who owns the code?
You do. Ownership is set out in the engagement agreement before work starts.
