These terms
These terms apply to your use of aivex.co, operated by Aivex Labs. They do not govern client project work — that is covered by a separate signed agreement setting out scope, timelines, intellectual property, payment and liability for the specific engagement.
Using this site
You may read, share and link to anything published here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems you have not been given access to, or submit anything unlawful through the contact form.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending us an enquiry, and our replying to it, does not create a binding agreement or a client relationship. Work begins only once both sides have signed a written agreement. Anything we discuss beforehand — including indicative timelines or budgets — is an estimate, not an offer.
Case studies and client marks
Case studies describe work we carried out and are published with our clients’ agreement. Client names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the work, not to imply those companies endorse us. Where a case study reports a client’s own business results, those results belong to the client and are not a promise of what we can achieve for anyone else.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site are ours unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote or cite it with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale as your own.
No warranty for site content
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it as is. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Not a trading or investment platform
Aivex Labs is a software development agency. We are not connected to any trading, crypto or investment platform, bot or app that uses the Aivex name, and we never ask anyone for deposits or payments to trade. If someone has contacted you claiming otherwise, it is not us.
