Who we are

Aivex Labs (“we”) operates aivex.co. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. For anything not covered here, email hello@aivex.co.

What we collect

We collect personal data in exactly two places on this site.

1. The contact form

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you type into it: your name, your email address, optionally your company or website, the type of project you need, your budget range, and whatever you write in the project details field. We do not ask for anything else, and you decide what to put in the message.

We use this solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible work with you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

2. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site in aggregate — pages viewed, rough location, device type, and whether a visit resulted in an enquiry. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to target advertising.

Who processes it

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. These are the only ones that handle data from this site:

• Vercel — Website hosting and delivery (their privacy policy)
• Resend — Delivering contact-form enquiries to us by email (their privacy policy)
• Google Analytics 4 — Aggregate website analytics (their privacy policy)

How long we keep it

Enquiries reach us as email and are kept in our inbox so we have a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ own retention settings and is not linked to your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you these rights explicitly, along with the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure visits; you can block them in your browser, or use an extension such as Google’s official opt-out, and the site will work normally.
