The Challenge

People often leave important things unsaid. ByeByeRegrets needed a private, easy way to write letters, keep them safe for life, and make sure each one reaches the right person by post, anywhere in the world, even after the writer has passed away.

Our Approach

Private Writing Space

We built a personal space where users write and edit letters at their own pace, visible only to them.

Empathetic UX Design

We designed a calm, gentle experience for an emotionally difficult subject.

Automated Delivery

We automated printing, enveloping and tracked postal delivery, triggered by the user or after official confirmation of death.

Our Solution

We built the web platform and backend: account creation, a letter editor, recipient details, sending options (now, or after an officially verified death), a one-time payment per recipient, and an automated pipeline that prints, envelopes and posts each letter with tracking, so no one reads a letter before it arrives.
